Shipping Policy

Welcome to the D2C.Connect Summit & Expo 2024 Shipping Policy. This policy outlines how we deliver event passes, materials, and related items to our attendees and participants.

Digital Delivery

Event Passes & Tickets

  • All event passes and tickets will be delivered electronically to your registered email address
  • Delivery is instant upon successful payment confirmation
  • You will receive a unique QR code for event entry
  • Please save or print your ticket for seamless check-in

Digital Materials

  • Pre-event materials will be emailed to registered participants 1 week before the event
  • Post-event presentations and resources will be shared within 72 hours after the event
  • All digital content will be sent to your registered email address

Physical Materials

Event Kit Delivery

  • Event kits containing physical materials will be distributed at the venue during registration
  • No separate shipping is required
  • Please bring your digital ticket/QR code to collect your event kit

Exhibitor & Sponsor Materials

  • For exhibitors and sponsors shipping display materials:
    • Shipping address: Le Meridien, Coimbatore (detailed address will be provided upon booth confirmation)
    • Materials must arrive between November 28-29, 2024
    • Clearly mark all packages with “D2C.Connect Summit 2024” and your company name
    • Contact our logistics team at stalls@d2cconnect.in for specific shipping instructions

International Participants

  • International participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements and visas
  • We can provide invitation letters for visa purposes upon request
