Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds for the D2C.Connect Summit & Expo 2024. By purchasing tickets or sponsorship packages, you agree to these terms.

Event Pass Cancellations

Founder or Attendee Pass

More than 30 days before the event (Before October 31, 2024)

  • Full refund minus 10% processing fee
  • Option to transfer ticket to another person at no cost
  • Option to credit the amount toward next year’s event

15-30 days before the event (November 1-15, 2024)

  • 50% refund of the ticket price
  • Free ticket transfer option still available
  • Credit option for next year’s event available

Less than 15 days before the event (After November 15, 2024)

  • No refund available
  • Ticket transfer option available for a ₹500 processing fee
  • Credit option for next year’s event available with 25% administrative fee
D2C Spotlite Display Package (₹9,950/-)
  • 75% refund if cancelled more than 30 days before the event
  • 50% refund if cancelled 15-30 days before the event
  • No refund for cancellations less than 15 days before the event
  • Display space transfer to another brand allowed with prior approval
D2C Shepreneur Leadership Package (₹2,250/-)
  • Same refund terms as regular event passes apply
  • Additional benefits (speaking slots, feature stories) are non-refundable once published

Sponsorship Cancellations

All Sponsorship Tiers (Platinum/Gold/Silver/Bronze)
  • 70% refund if cancelled more than 60 days before the event
  • 50% refund if cancelled 30-60 days before the event
  • No refund for cancellations less than 30 days before the event
  • Marketing benefits already delivered will be deducted from refund amount
Exhibit Booth Cancellations
  • 75% refund if cancelled more than 45 days before the event
  • 50% refund if cancelled 30-45 days before the event
  • No refund for cancellations less than 30 days before the event
  • Additional expenses incurred (booth setup, etc.) will be deducted
How to Request a Refund
  1. Email your refund request to refunds@d2cconnect.in
  2. Include your:
    • Booking reference number
    • Full name
    • Contact details
    • Reason for cancellation
  3. Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 working days
  4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Event Cancellation by Organizer

In the unlikely event that D2C.Connect Summit & Expo 2024 is cancelled by the organizers:

  • Full refunds will be issued to all participants
  • Processing fees will be waived
  • Any additional documented travel expenses will be considered for compensation
  • Alternative dates may be proposed
Force Majeure

No refunds will be provided if the event is cancelled or disrupted due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Pandemic-related limitations
  • Civil unrest
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

However, in such cases:

  • Virtual attendance options may be provided
  • Credit for future events will be offered
  • Alternative dates may be proposed

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. For special cases (medical emergencies, visa rejections with proper documentation), please contact our support team at support@d2cconnect.in for case-by-case evaluation.
